Delete your Heart Monitor account
Heart Monitor is an app by Shen.AI OÜ. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
Delete it in the app
- Open Heart Monitor and tap the menu button in the top corner of the Home screen. It opens Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
The app may ask you to sign in again before it deletes the account. The same steps delete your data if you use the app without an account.
Ask us by e-mail
If you cannot open the app, write to data@shen.ai from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within one month.
What is deleted
We permanently delete all personal data linked to you:
- your e-mail address and name;
- your health and wellness data, such as readings, entries and imported data;
- Facial Images, if you agreed to share them. They are removed from our servers and from our research and development datasets within 30 days.
What may be kept
- Data that we need for legal claims or legal obligations, for the period required by law or until the limitation period for claims ends.
- Records of your subscription and payments, which stay with Google Play or the App Store. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store where you bought it.
Delete some data and keep the account
To delete only your Facial Images, write to data@shen.ai. You can withdraw your consents in the app settings or by e-mail.
